IMexI is the Peer Recognition platform created by Kaizen Hansei to drive Manufacturing & Supply Chain excellence in strategic partnership with The Kaizen Institute. It uses a holistic, comprehensive and futuristic framework encompassing all the important business processes that constitute an efficient business organization. The program is designed to assess the Effectiveness, Efficiency and Sustenance of the Excellence initiatives through an incisive on-site assessment by Globally Acclaimed Professionals. The process concludes with recognizing the best companies amongst their peer group on a national platform. The best of the best will be further auto-evaluated for representation in the Global Kaizen Congress.
